I worked out for 10 hours on Wednesday, 8 on Thursday. I did 14 and 10 cycles respectively. I'm smiling, but I pulled three stomach muscles, one in my pelvis, two in my leg. It hurts to walk. My forearms hurt, and my neck and jaw are sore. My trainers said I did awesome; they pushed me very hard. One said I nearly broke her. I'm amazed I was able to keep up. I will sleep for the weekend.
